Welcome to bframing.com (the "Website"), operated by Bacco Photography LLC ("Bacco Photography," "we," "us," or "our"), a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Connecticut, located at 9 Purdy Road, Norwalk, CT 06850.
By accessing or using our Website, placing an order, or engaging our services, you ("you" or "Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Website or services.
Bacco Photography specializes in custom handmade hardwood picture frames and fine art photography services. Every frame is built to order by hand in our Fairfield County, Connecticut workshop. We are not a mass-production operation. Each piece is a unique, handcrafted product made specifically for you.
Our framing tiers include:
Final pricing may vary based on frame size, wood species, finish options, and other customizations selected at the time of order.
By using this Website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. Your continued use of the Website following any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
All frames are custom-made to your specifications. When you place an order, you are commissioning a one-of-a-kind handcrafted product. Please review all order details carefully before submitting, including frame size, wood species, finish, and any other options.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:
Due to the nature of natural hardwood, slight variations in grain pattern, color, and texture are inherent characteristics of the material and are not considered defects. These variations make each frame unique.
All prices displayed on the Website are in U.S. dollars. While we strive to maintain accurate pricing, errors may occasionally occur. If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-compliant third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card information on our servers. By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout in accordance with Connecticut state law and any other applicable tax jurisdictions.
We offer flat-rate shipping on all orders. Frames are carefully packaged with protective materials to ensure safe delivery.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If a package appears damaged upon delivery, please document the damage with photographs before opening and contact us within 7 days.
Because our frames are custom-built to order, cancellations are only accepted before production has begun. Once your frame has entered production, your order cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately at (203) 667-1773 or jon@bframing.com.
